The first all in one web portal in Myanmar is designed with what users want all in one location! It is informative, balanced, and intellectual and will always be with you by magically providing 24hrs of information at the tap of a finger.
“Lo Ta Ya” will provide users a gateway from which they can access the latest news and information for Myanmar and from around the world. Users can also get information on the weather, foreign currency exchange rates and other MPT-related Value Added Services (VAS).
Available in Myanmar language, accessing the home page will not incur any contents fee or data charges *. The following functions are available on “Lo Ta Ya”:
- Google Search box
- Weather Information (Set the area by GPS)
- Users can check nation-wide weather information up to one week ahead
- The weather forecast is updated every three hours
- Exchange Rate & Currency Converter (Myanmar Kyat vs 38 other currencies)
- News (8 Categories – Politics, International, Economy, Entertainment, Regional, Sports, Life and Others)
- MPT Service Menu
- MPT customers can access all MPT services such as Caller Ring Back Tone (CRBT), Partner’s VAS contents, Internet Package and other MPT Basic Services
- Additional Service Subscription Fees may apply
