The vendor must have experience for Top-up card (Scratch card) with QR code providing to Telecom operator.
Purchase Order (PO) and Payment currency will be applied via Myanmar Kyat(MMK) basis.
Import License application, permission follow up and related activities, obligate to vendor’s responsibility.

Vendor need to have revenue at least – USD 2 Million ( or equivalent MMK Value ) Business per year
