Helpdesk Contract
- Contract Period is for 12 months with extension clause.

Helpdesk Scope of Work
- Technical advice and Support on the use and settings of PCs], for items MPT set up at the time of kitting.
- Workarounds and countermeasure Advice if available.
Helpdesk Support
- Helpdesk Contract includes 1 visit to customer site per month.
- Helpdesk Support provided by unlimited Email and Telephone.
- Helpdesk Hours are from 9-5 on weekdays of MPT B2B Dept.
- Remote Tools (Team Viewer etc.) to be used for support.
Repair Services
- MPT will work with the distributor’s service center for PC
- Repair service provided subject to availability by distributor
- Repair service to be provided at repair center of distributor
- Repair costs are subject to distributor warranty conditions
User Launch Support
- Yangon – Deliver and setup Onsite
- Outside Yangon – Deliver and setup by remotely

Customer to select; HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, MSI, Acer
Additional Hardware
Customers may purchase Memory, HDD, SSD from us.
Peripherals
Mouse, Keyboard, External Monitors may be added
Extended Warranty
Standard Warranty is 3 years for business models.
Extended Warranty often available at time of purchase.
