
Undersea cable* failure causes Internet Service Slowdown: MPT Working to restore its internet service, and new Connectivity are being extended!

Starting at 00:33, on April 20, MPT’s Internet services experienced disruptions due to the undersea cable service provider failure in the sea near Indonesia. This outage affects internet services across Mobile, FTTH and related Internet services, causing slowdowns in data speed.
We are working with relevant organizations to fix the faulty undersea cable as soon as possible. During the repair period, for the convenience of customers, MPT is working to expand and connect new lines to improve internet speeds and will announce the progress status in a timely manner.
