
MPT Celebrates International Youth Day 2025 by Supporting Youth Development Across Myanmar
(Yangon, 12th August 2025) _ On this International Youth Day 2025, MPT honors the energy, talent, and contributions of young people nationwide. This year’s global theme, “Local Youth Actions for SDGs and Beyond”, highlights the role of youth in driving sustainable development.
In line with this theme, MPT continues to empower youth by offering educational opportunities, nationwide internships, and job placements to help them build sustainable careers.
Since 2023, MPT’s CSR E-Learning Program has provided free online education to youth across Myanmar through the MPT Learning Management System (LMS), offering free mobile data and course content. Over 100 courses are available in six categories – Vocational skills, IT, Languages, Beauty & Aesthetics, Business, and Leadership. Youth can explore and apply for courses at https://rb.gy/twx1dm.
This year, MPT also conducted its 2025 Nationwide Internship Program, offering practical workplace experience to nearly 180 final-year students from 18 Technology and Computer Universities. Since 2018, the program has benefited over 2,000 students, helping them gain real-world industry knowledge and skills.
In addition, MPT has provided thousands of job opportunities for youth nationwide since 2014, contributing to their career growth and economic empowerment.
