MPT’s Nationwide “Team Fit: Unite & Move”- 4th Yoga Activity Engages Over 300 Employees
(Yangon, 9th January 2026) _ MPT successfully organized its 4th Yoga activity under the “TeamFit: Unite & Move” program on 9th January 2026, with over 300 nationwide employees participating both in person and online. The activity reflects MPT’s ongoing commitment to employee well-being, promoting a holistic approach to health, a balanced workplace culture, and positive work-life balance.
Mr. Hiroyuki OKAI, Advisor to COO of MPTJO said that “we have been organizing yoga activities regularly since 2024, and this marks our fourth activity. We will continue to implement such initiatives to promote a healthy lifestyle, strengthen collaboration, and support work-life balance. We truly appreciate the participation of our employees nationwide.”
