MPT Continues 8th “TeamFit: Unite & Move” Yoga Initiative to Promote Well-being and a Healthier Workplace
(Yangon, 27th August 2026)– In line with its ongoing commitment to youth development and employee well-being, MPT successfully conducted its 8th “TeamFit: Unite & Move” Yoga Initiative, bringing together employees from across the country to promote healthier lifestyles, mental well-being and a positive workplace culture.
Through regular wellness activities such as yoga, MPT encourages employees to manage stress, improve physical fitness, enhance mental clarity and maintain focus in their daily lives and at work. More than 30 employees participated in person in Yangon, while over 200 employees from other states and regions joined virtually. The initiative reflects MPT’s continued efforts to create opportunities for employees, particularly its young workforce, to prioritize their physical and mental well-being while maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.
“A heartfelt thank you to everyone who continues to participate actively in our TeamFit activities, both in person and online.
