NLD Education Graduation Ceremony

NLD Education Network’s graduation ceremony for students completing computer literacy courses was held at Royal Rose Restaurant, Bahan Township on May 7, 2017 at 10 a.m.

MPT installed 200 laptops, Wi-Fi internet facilities and trainers to 10 NLD Education Network schools around the Yangon Region and Mon State. The laptop maintenance charges will be covered for 3 years.

In this ceremony, certificates were awarded to 230 Students from 10 NLD Education Network schools including: Muditar (CDC) and Su Thit Sar, Thanlyin township, Amay Say Ta Nar Insein township, Amay Say Ta Nar South Dagon township, Amay Su Ye Htein Htein Thar Lanmadaw township, Amay Say Ta Nar Kyauktada township. Pazundaung NLD Education school, Pazundaung township, Aung San Yar Pyae Kawhmu township and Vocational Training School, Belin township, Mon State.

MPT will continue supporting Education and Empowering Communities around the country. Now we can see the fruits of this collaboration. Thanks to the trainers that have instructed you so capably, and to the NLD Education Network for their support. We are discussing to expand the program in the future, in close collaboration with the NLD Education Network, said Mr. Benino, Chief Operating Officer of MPT-KSGM Joint Operations.

 

In collaboration with the NLD Education Network, MPT has spent more than 160 million Kyats in the “Digital Skills to Go Forward” programme by delivering computer training across the country since August 2016.
