13) Can I buy different Autorenewal (9600Ks and 2900Ks) packs?
No. Multiple purchases among different autorenewal packs is Not allowed. You need to unsubscribe from existing autorenewal 10X Htaw B pack and subscribe to another autorenewal 10X Htaw B pack. E.g. User has to un-subscribe from existing autorenewal 10X Htaw B pack (9600Ks pack) and subscribe to another autorenewal pack (2900Ks pack).
14) What happens on pack validity expiry without reaching 1000Ks threshold?
When Autorenewal 10X Htaw B pack reaches expiry period (15th day/ 30th day/90th day) without reaching 1000Ks threshold, it will be auto renewed.
15) What auto renewal happen at the time of insufficient balance?
Auto renewal temporarily fails due to insufficient balance, system will wait until customer makes next top up/loan balance/balance transfer. Users need to maintain enough balance to be continued renewed service with proposed recharge methods until 7 days period after pack expiry.
16) When auto renewal function fail?
If user does not have enough balance for (until 7 days period) days continuously, auto renew function automatically fail (unsubscribe & send SMS notification), and he is no longer able to use the auto-renewal. User has to subscribe the auto-renew service again to use the service.
17) Can I still use remaining data if user unsubscribe the auto renewal pack without reaching 1000 Ks threshold?
Yes, 10X Htaw B balance will remain until pack expiry period despite user unsubscribes from auto renewal 10X Htaw B pack before pack expiry. But auto renewal function would stop as soon as user UNSUBSCRIBE the service.

If customer has active Auto Renewal packs of Data Carry and All in One HtawB 10X getting auto renewed on the same day, system will try to deduct and renew for both in parallel. If balance is enough for both, both packs will be renewed. If balance is only enough for one, only one package will renew, it will be randomly. E.g., If after topping up customer has balance of 3000 Kyats, and he has both 979Ks worth Data Carry Plus Auto Renew pack and 2900 worth All in One Htaw B auto renew pack then may be renewed one package 2900Ks worth All in One Htaw B auto renew (or) 979Ks Data Carry Plus Auto Renewal pack) due to random system.
22) Does carry over function include?
No, carry over function is not included. Auto Renewal of the pack basis validity expiry will not lead to carry over of the remaining Htaw B balance on the expiry
