1. What is MPT “Mingalar New Year with 1,500 Lakhs” Lucky Draw Campaign?
This is the 3rd time special lucky draw campaign of MPT as Myanmar New Year offering to valuable customers who are using MPT services continuously.
2. Who can be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw Campaign?
The Lucky Draw Campaign is eligible for all MPT GSM/WCDMA active prepaid and postpaid users (Swe Thahar).
3. How can I participate in the Lucky Draw Campaign?
Customers can participate in the Lucky Draw Campaign by purchasing eligible packages via any channels and will get lucky tickets to win Telecom Prizes, 100 Lakhs Cash Prizes and 1,000 Lakhs Grand Prize.
In addition, customers will get lucky tickets by participating in MPT Special Flash Promotion on 5th, 15th, 25th of the month during the Lucky Draw Campaign Period.
4. What are the prizes of the Lucky Draw Campaign?
The prizes of the Lucky Draw Campaign are as below.
Weekly Prizes
- 100GB Data (60 Days) x 10 winners
- 100,000 Ks Cashback (60 Days) x 10 winners (can use Data/Onnet Calls & SMS with PayG rate)
At the end of the campaign period, will choose

5. How many tickets can I get?
If customers buy any eligible packs via any channels, will get Tickets based on the pack price as per below table.

6. How can I buy the eligible packs?
You can buy eligible packages via any selling channels (USSD, MPT4U, POS Agents, Call Center, Chatbot, MPT Website)
7. Is there any ineligible packs to participate in the Lucky Draw Campaign?
Below packs are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw Campaign.

8. How many times can I participate in the Lucky Draw Campaign?
You can participate the Lucky Draw Campaign multiple times and the number of lucky tickets you have won will be merged.
9. How will choose and announce the winners?
MPT will choose the lucky winners randomly and announce transparently on MPT official social media (Facebook, Viber, Telegram, Website) after winner selection.
- Weekly Telecom Prizes will be chosen by MPT randomly and will be announced on MPT’s official communication channels.
- Cash Prizes winners including Grand Prize will be chosen via live event. MPT will call each winner (3) times by phone. If the winner doesn’t pick up all 3 call attempts, MPT shall select another winner for the prize.
10. How will the winners receive the prize?
- Will be notified from SMS for receiving Telecom Prizes.
- For Receiving Cash Prizes, the Related responsible person from MPT will contact each winner after winner announcement for further process of receiving the cash prizes.
- Winners need to collect the prizes within 90 days of being contacted from the related responsible person from MPT.
11. Is there any criteria for receiving the prizes?
The provided SIM Card Number needs to be completed proper SIM registration process. Winners must provide accurate and complete registration details, including their full name, National Registration Card (NRC) number, and clear photos of the front and back of their NRC.
12. I got lucky tickets by purchasing packs in March. Am I still eligible in selection of April weekly telecom prizes winners even though I didn’t purchase the packs and get lucky tickets in April?
No. You need to purchase the packages and get the lucky tickets in April to be eligible for the selection of April weekly telecom prizes winners.
But you still have the chance to win the cash prizes including grand prize at the end of the Lucky Draw Campaign period.
13. Can I get the lucky tickets if I gift the promotion pack to others?
The senders can’t get the lucky tickets and only the receiver will get the lucky tickets.
14. I took 800 Ks Yu Htar service and bought the package from Yu Htar Balance? Can I get the lucky tickets?
Yes, you can get the lucky tickets.
15. When is the Lucky Draw Campaign period?
Lucky Draw Campaign period is from 11st March 2025 to 31st July 2025.
Remark: In case of conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these FAQs, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. In case of conflict between the English and Myanmar versions of these FAQs, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
