👉 4 Weeks Weight Loss Challenge Class
If you want to focus on weight loss but find training at the gym boring, we have challenge classes available at each branch. Each class lasts for one hour and is held five days a week. The classes are group training sessions where you will train with others.
👉 Smart Fight Club
Each branch also offers a Fight Club where you can learn boxing. This is paired with the gym, so aside from gym and challenge classes, you will also learn self-defense skills. You can join and train in whichever areas you prefer – GYM, Challenge, or Fight.
In addition to the free Saturday classes, there are also packages available for GYM + Challenge Classes and GYM + Fight.
