Starting from 12th April 2021, MPT customers can transfer their top up balances to their families, friends and loved one without required to pay any fees as a special promotion for the conveniences of the communications among the customers during the difficult times.

Previously, 5% service charge was deducted from the sender’s main balance and with this new promotion, there will be no service fees to be deducted with same terms and conditions to be applied. This promotion is valid from 12th of April 2021 to until further notice.

MPT customers can access the service with the following USSD code:

Terms and Conditions

• MPT Prepaid Customers

• Can transfer any amount between 300 Ks and 10,000 Ks at one time.

• Maximum number of transfers per day is limited to 5 transfers.

• Minimum 3,000 Ks to be used from your MPT main balance before first Balance Transfer.

• Zero service fee promotion is effective from 12th April, 2021 to until further notice.
