Check power

The power signal on the router
should be GREEN. If the signal
is off, please check the power
source.

STEP-2

Power On-Off

When internet usage is unstable,
re-start the router and try.

STEP-3

Check number of devices
connected to Wi-Fi-router

Number of suitable devices
to use for 10 Mbps, 25Mbps and
50Mbps are up to 10 for the usage
at the same time. Please check
the number of devices connected
to the internet through
Wi-Fi-router.

STEP-4

Check the payment

If customer do not make payment
on-time (before due date),
suspension may occur.Therefore,
please confirm the payment
status,too.If customer still
cannot use the internet, please call
to 106 (for MPT phones) or
to 01- 2399106 (for other
operators). Before customer make
a call to 106, please check following
signals status to inform
to call center.

STEP-1

Connect Wireless or LAN
network of FTTH service

Please connect to the wireless
or LAN network of FTTH to configure
the wifi-username and password.

STEP-2

Go to ONU Log-in Page

Open the Web Browser and
input 192.168

STEP-3

Log-in Username
and password

MPT technical will provide
one time username and password.
Please input username and
password to log-in.

STEP-4

Select WLAN Tab

Go to the “WLAN” Tab
and select “SSID Settings”
to set up new Wifi-username.

STEP-5

Set up your new
Wifi-username

Input your new wifi-username
in “SSID Name:” Box.

Click “Submit” to complete
your new wifi-username
setting.

STEP-6

Select WLAN Tab

Go to the “WLAN” Tab
and select “Security” to set up new
Wifi-password.

STEP-7

Set up your new
Wifi-username

Input your new wifi-password
in “WPA Passphrase” Box.

STEP-8

Reboot you Wifi-router

Reboot your Wifi-router by double
clicking Power on-off buttom.

STEP-9

Test you Wifi Connection

Try to connect Wifi in your
device and use internet.
