The following reasons that make it impossible to buy Game items and Gift Cards on Play4U.
1. Number of purchases are limited
For example, one game account can buy for only 3 weeks of Mobile Legends Weekly Diamonds.
2. Region for your Game account server is not supported.
3. Filled up the wrong Game Account ID.
4. Temporary out of stocks for Game Items & Gift Cards.
5. No internet connection, Server Downtime.

OTP code number will be sent via SMS for buying completed. You have to fill up the correct OTP code number and you have to wait for 15 mins to fill up if you have filled the wrong number for 5 times.
