Other Remarks	‘- The vendor must have experience to provide Top-up Card (Scratch Card) with QR code to telecom operator. Purchase Order and Payment currency will be applied via Myanmar Kyat (MMK)bases. Only the vendor who can accept this condition can be applied. Import license application, permission follow up and related activities, obligate to vendor’s responsibility in case of importing.
Company Size	Vendor can handle estimate QR Top-up card amount for-4 billion MMK in 1 year(within contract period).
