1. How to set VOIP voice instruction language?

Press “1234”.
Welcome to use Prepaid Service Voice. Please select the language type of prompt announcement, 1 for Myanmar language , 2 for English language. Press 1 or 2.

2. How to Top Up on VOIP?

Press “1234”, choose language 1 or 2 (1=Myanmar,2=English). After that press 1 again to top up.
Another way, Press “1#” directly.
After that please enter the PIN number of your voucher and press # to end. Voucher means top up card.
Your credit has been updated. Your balance is now . Expiry date is .
Remarks: Cannot Top up with e top up yet.

3. How to inquiry Top Up Balance?

Press “1234”, choose language 1 or 2 (1=Myanmar,2=English). After that press 2 again to check balance.

4. How to register call forwarding service?

1-Unconditional Case
* Customer can registration in Handset (*57*FW Number#)
* Customer can de -registration in Handset(#57#)
2-Busy
*Customer can registration in Handset (*40*FW Number#)
*Customer can de- registration in Handset(#40#)
3-No reply
*Customer can registration in Handset (*41*FW Number#)
*Customer can de- registration in Handset(#41#)
Remark 1-Cannot FW other operator (:Restricted by MPT legal)
2-Currently Cannot FW IDD(International)

5. How to do make 3 way call?

VOIP Customer A call to Friend B and C. Press “Friend B number”. When friend B Answer to phone, Press “Hook” quickly and press “Friend C number”. Friend C Answer to phone (Friend B on hold with music). And then press “Hook” quickly and Press 3. Now you can enjoy 3 way call between you , Friend B and C.
>>> If customer A want to call friend C only, Press “Hook 2” (Friend B on hold)
>>> If customer A want to call friend B only, Press “Hook 1” (Friend C out)
>>> If customer A want to call friend C, Press “Hook quickly and dial friend C number again”
(Friend B on hold)
Remarks:
Friend B and C should be limited to MPT VOIP/PSTN/Mobile.
(Cannot conduct 3 way call with other operator user and oversea)

6. How to make international call?

Firstly, please dial double zero “00” instead of “+”. Like (Japan +81, Thailand +66, Singapore +65),
(Japan 0081, Thailand 0066, Singapore 0065).
For example, If you want to make a call to Japan phone number 080 5897 xxxx, you need to dial like
0081 80 5897 xxxx.
