Customer needs to show FTTH circuit ID, Applicant NRC copy and Account Code (which is indicated in Monthly Bill) of Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet and need to sign on the checklist for Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service.

5. Is Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone Service Prepaid or Postpaid? What are other fees and how is charging for calls? Where can I get bill invoice for this?

Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service is Prepaid service.

Monthly Fee 5,000Ks for unlimited on-net call and bill will be generated together with Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet service invoice. As for off-net call and international call, customer needs to purchase a top up card and top up on your Dome Pyan Fiber Phone Number.

6. What is for monthly fees 5,000 Ks?

Monthly fees 5,000Ks is for unlimited call from MPT Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone to MPT Dome Pyan Fiber Phone number/ MPT Mobile number/PSTN number and which including tax. In case for continuously calling every 1-hour reached, the system will cut the call to prevent fraud call.

7. Can I get only Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service?

No, this service is add-on service of MPT Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet, and you need to apply this service with Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet service.

8. Will MPT provide the phone handset for Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service?

No, customer needs to buy phone handset (including RJ-11 Connector) for this service.

9. What type of Fixed Phone Handset do I need to buy for using Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service?

Customer needs to prepare, at its own cost, for Key Phone (including RJ-11 Connector) for Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone Service + Phone installation.

10. What are the advantages of Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service than PSTN service?

By using Voice service over Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet, you can get Unlimited Calls (To other Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone/ MPT mobile number/ PSTN number) with 4-VAS subscription fees with only 5,000Ks per month including tax.

Customers can be affordable IDD service fee same as mobile IDD charges.

11. Can I get more VAS service other than original 4-VAS services (3 Way Calling/Call Line Identification/Call Forwarding / Fax Phone at Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone)?

No, we only provide that 4-VAS service (3 Way Calling/Call Line Identification/Call Forwarding / Fax Phone) for Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service.

If you want to use other VAS services, you can enjoy at PSTN service.

12. Can I use Auto Fax service on Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone?

Yes, you can use Auto Fax service on Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone but need to buy the Fax device by your own cost.

No, you can’t choose the beautiful numbers on B2C Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service.

17. If I want to call other operators (mobile and fixed), what do I need to do?

You need to recharge on your Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone number. (Please refer to Q.15)

28 ks/min (Including tax) will be deducted from your Top up balance.

18. Can I use Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service if my electricity is going out?

No, customer needs to prepare a spare power source.

19. What is Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone Suspension and Termination Policy? Does Dome Pyan Phone have minimum usage month policy?

Only Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet Customer can apply Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service and Customers can no longer use Done Pyan Phone if their Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet is terminated or suspended.
There is no minimum usage month for Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service.
When customer wants to terminate Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service, customers must submit “Line Termination” request form to MPT at least five (5) working days ahead before the first day of next month. MPT will not refund for top up balance when customer terminates their Done Pyan Home Fiber Phone. MPT will not allow “temporary line close” only for Done Pyan Home Fiber Phone.
If customer wants to re-apply the service, you must settle outstanding Done Pyan Phone bill before submission of request form and there is no available to use previous phone number.

20. Does Done Pyan Home Fiber Phone service have SLA? MPT will refund?

No, Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service is “Best effort service” (No Refundable) and customer may not enjoy full quality of Voice if the network is congested.

And when Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet (FTTH) Line was cut off due to some reasons, customer cannot make inbound and outbound call even customers have top up balance. (Top Up Balance will remain as it is and can be used when FTTH line is repaired.) Repair working time will be between 9:00AM to 16:30PM, Monday to Saturday except national holidays.

21. When I terminate Dome Pyan Home Phone service and re-apply, can I use the same number?

No, MPT will assign a new number. Even Top Up Balance remain in Done Pyan Home Fiber Phone number, which was terminated and MPT will not refund.

22. Can my top up balance be carried over?

Yes, Top up balance will be carried over unless customer terminates Done Pyan Home Fiber Phone service.

23. Can I succeed Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone number for re-location?

(Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet + Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service non feasible)
No, customers cannot get relocation service.

Customer can terminate Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet + Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone service but if FTTH contract period is remaining, customer needs to pay penalty fee 100,000Ks for Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet (FTTH).

24. What will happen if I don’t pay Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet + Phone service monthly fee by due date?

Both Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet and Phone service will be suspended, and customers cannot make inbound and outbound call even there have top up balance. (Top Up Balance will remain as it is and can be used when Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet line is active.)

25. Do MPT refund Dome Pyan Home Fiber Phone top up balance if it is remaining in user account?

MPT will not refund the top up balance once it is topped up.

26. What if I used all top up balance?

Customer may still enjoy Unlimited on-net call but cannot make off-net call and international call.

27. What if MPT found customers’ fraud call?

The customer shall be liable to pay MPT liquidated damages equivalent to MPT’s prevailing PAYG (Pay as You Go) rate to mobile phones and landlines on-net, off-net and IDD from the Activation Date until the date the breach, fraud, and/or violation was detected by MPT. In this regard, the Customer shall pay the full amount of the liquidated damages to MPT.
