Applicable for Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet Subscribers who are using Normal Tariff [Class A 100Mbps, Class B 50Mbps, Class C 25Mbps and Class D 15Mbps].

3. How can make payment for FTTH Advance?

Customers can make payment at all existing MPT FTTH channels.

4. Is there any timeline to make payment?

Customer should make payment as least 3 working days ahead before the end of month.

5. If customer request to terminate the internet service during advance payment period, can get refund money?

MPT will not refund any advance payment for any reason including early termination by Customer within Discount Period.

6. When can customer extends the advance payment promotion?

Customer can extend the advance payment as least 3 working days ahead before the end of the final month of such Discount Period. Customer can make advance payment with next 1st month invoice.

7. Within the Discount Period, can customer make a service change request including bandwidth upgrading or downgrading, or relocation or temporary suspension?

During Discount Period, Customer can’t downgrade tariff, but customer can upgrade by paying additional fee, but discount will not be applied to the upgrade tariff. Customer can apply temporary termination as per current policy and Discount period will be postponed. Relocation can be accepted if the new location is feasible.
